The triple stage dryer is a unique design configured to meet our press and retrofit requirements. The dryer consists of ambient air, hot air, and IR elements with exhaust. Our compact design allows us to istall or integrate with minimum space requirements.

The dryers are speed sensitive, which means they increase energy as the speed of the press increases. From the optional touch screen control you can adjust the IR start point, ramp rate, and maximum power.

An electronic control card ramps the infrared unit up and down based on the web speed. The control card provides an adjustment range adequate to provide drying of medium to heavy formats without damaging or activating carbonless and dircet thermal coatings with a critical temperature of 220 degrees F. There is an exhaust system which removes the ambient air moisture from the web.
