RG Engineering, Inc. is pleased to announce its servo driven, rotary score and die-cut carton line. This eight-color servo press line has been designed for inline processing of paper, board, and heavy weight plastic. The print station is complimented by a WPM Rotary score and die-cut station and a KTI zero-gap, shaftless automatic but splicer. This carton line is capable of delivering processed material to either roll or pallet.

This press is a hybrid in-line stacked configuration that capitalizes on both speed and space efficiency. The press is completely automated and controlled from touch screens on each print tower and on the main control console. The printers have been designed with quick-change anilox and plate cylinders.
